The Depletions Summary report is designed to give a selected distributor's depletions by month by a selected brand. The design of this report gives the user the opportunity to create and communicate depletion goals to their distributor either at the annual or monthly level. Further, this report will break down the minor brands within the selected major brand giving the relative importance of each to the make up of the total major brand.

The Competitive Overview below gives you an example of a report that uses the Wine Consortium database. This report allows the user to view a specified brand in a selected geography in terms of market share in total as well as share by the price tier and by varietal segments. The second page of this report looks at the accounts where the brand's competitors are doing well in terms of volume and the selected brand has no distribution.

Similar to other Wine Consortium reports, the Chain and National Accounts reports look at your brands' competitive share but within the context of the selected chain or national account. This gives you the ability to better enhance your decision making by giving the whole picture of the chain or national account.
